Dr. Rebecca Foster was born in Wichita Falls, Texas during a tornado. This wild introduction into the world has taught her to be a calm force while the storms of life blow.

She and her husband, John, live at Austin, AR. They have enjoyed over 40 years as man and wife. He, she describes, is the love of her life and always her hero. They have 3 married daughters, 7 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.

In 2015, she earned her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. With over 25 years’ experience in the field of education, she finally retired in May 2024. Her goals are to spend time with her husband, her writing and go back to school as a student.

Published work include contributions to Vault of Terror: Tales to Tell Volume I and Volume II, White County Creative Writers Anthology 2018. She is a member of the White County Creative Writers and enjoys listening and learning from the others in the group.
