My name is B.R. Hamilton, or Betty for those closer to me. I am an Independent Author from right here in Central Arkansas. I am not only a mother, but a grandmother and even a GREAT grandmother. My family is my world, and I do this all for them to show them that every dream is worth chasing, no matter where they are in life.

I currently have 4 novels published and more in the pipeline! My most recent novel, Where Feathers Fall, is a heart-gripping thriller with government secrets that may cost more than that of a life and I would love for you to check it out.

Lighthearted Thrillers are right in my wheelhouse, and that is exactly why I write them! I excel in keeping you wondering what will come next but also allowing you to fall asleep at night without feeling like someone is watching from the corner. I sold all available copies at my last local book signing and love to hear the amazing feedback from the readers both near and far!

I began writing around the time that Covid hit. After retiring from the State of Arkansas after over 20 years of service, I finally decided that my late-night cravings for writing needed to be more than that. I sat down for the first time and just let the thoughts flow until they became so much more than I ever anticipated.
